Disable splash screen for nvidia drivers

Description

When one of the proprietry nvidia drivers is chosen when running the xorg configurator, the following should be included in the Device section of the generated xorg.conf file:

Option "NoLogo" "True"

This should disable the near-subliminal advertisment for nvidia everytime X is started.
