Description

Ability to specify a path where to save the updates once that they have been downloaded.

The program will need to be able to grab a file from a path (like /share/PC-BSD/updates) if exists, and if not, will pass to download it from the net.

This will allow a sysadmins to specify the path and have the computers download only one copy of the update and share them over the network.

This is already doable via by editing the getPBIUpdeStatus.sh script in /PCBSD/SystemUpdater/bin, the admin can override the mirror / server location
