159	Errors in Handling of KDE User Preferences and Plasma	andreas		"Changing of my Picture in the Systemadministration tool of KDE isn't
allowed without Administrator privileges. I cannot change my password
or my user preferences in the same windows on first try. Error:

The default plasma workspace crash on closing. Error:

All this errors occured on my laptop and on my desktop PC. It looks like
