Wine program dir is duplicated

Description
one "wine" contains installed programs;
other contains "winecfg", etc.
I think second should be renamed to something like "Wine Configuration"

Thats not something I'll be able to change at the moment. One is created by the PBI, the other is a completely different menu structure managed by the wine application itself, and I don't want to clobber one or the other by trying to merge them together :P
