Improve sound detection script

Description
The current sound-detection script is rather poor at detecting newer cards and loading the right driver (Instead of just loading snd_driver)
We'll need to possibly revamp this a bit for 1.5 / 2.0.

im almost done with sound detection i have migrated the sounddefines file to the attached soundcards.xml , i just read the vendor and chip from pci , and parse the xml to get the module to load, if it fails load snd_driver.
