Automatic mirror not working

Description
Seems that auto-mirror choses random one.
But this isn't guaranteed that this PBI exists there.
So, here in EU region, until I chose some exact one, I've almost always got error in download.

This should be corrected now, we had quite a few stale mirrors in the DB that was being used, I've cleaned that up now.
