Software Manager spawns infinite browsers on some PBIs

Description

When trying to install the app "PBI builder" or "Crossover Games" via Software Manager, it just constantly spawns new browser windows until you kill the Software Manager. Verified that some other PBIs (like last.fm) install fine.
