no response to keyboard at boot prompt

Description
There is no response to my keyboard at the boot prompt for the 8.0 RC DVD, which eventually times out and launches the installer. Keyboard is a logitech elite keyboard plugged into usb, which is detected by my bios.

Closing to lack of feedback. Sounds like FreeBSD USB issue with specific keyboard / bios though.

Once the installer launches does the keyboard work at that point? Also, in your BIOS do you have an option to enable "USB Keyboard" or "Legacy USB Keyboard" support? I know on a few of my systems I have to enable that before I can use a USB keyboard at the boot prompt.
