Auto-select keyboard layout and timezone

Description

With most languages the installer might automatically choose keyboard layout and in some cases also timezone after user selects language on the first step of the installer. This would save users' time.

IMHO, we should choose only timezone, cause username and password should be better in English. But localized keyboard layout must be in system after installation.

Integrate a list of corresponding default timezones to country code.

While this is an interesting idea, I don't have the tables necessary to try and auto-figure out which lang corrisponds to which key layout, or timezones, and they would often be incorrect I would suspect. If somebody else wants to tackle this, go ahead, but I'm not planning on it at the moment ;)
