Description
It would be very nice if we could specify a destination directory on the rsync server for our backups instead of Life Preserver just dropping them in a user's home directory of that server. i.e. I have a couple of disks that are mirrored on a FreeNAS box that I already backup my servers to and would prefer to be able to set a directory from within Life Preserver to save my files in for my PC-BSD box so that all my backups are in the same place.
Surely it shouldn't be that hard to update the script and GUI front-end to make this possible.
Thank you for your time and a great product!

Thanks for the suggestion! I've added this to LifePreserver? in 8-Stable for 8.1 down the road:

This update will let you change the remote dir you backup into (I.E. life-preserver/), however this is still relative to the users homedir on the remote system.
A good way to juggle around where the backup ultimately ends up is by creating a sym-link in the users homedir for "life-preserver/ -> /mirror/user/backup" or something of the like. Additionally if you setup a user on the remote side, you can always change its homedir to somewhere within your mirror disk.
