Description
Some fixes for pcbsd/trunk/SysInstaller/i18n/SysInstaller_fr.ts:
- the welcome screen prints " instead '
- in French, a space is required before :, !, ... and ?
- some sentences were too long and so no fully printed by the installer
- other general improvement
