GUI Installer Missing Text for German

Description

For PC-BSD 8.1 and 8.2 Beta 1, the welcome message at the beginning of the installation is not present in the German language. The space is blank and white. All other languages render perfectly. I have tested this on two very different computers with the same result. The rest of the installer and KDE have perfect German.

Pootle was a bit behind in the strings for 8.2, this should be fixed now :)
