Make the KDE theme apply automatically to GTK / Wine

As a note, the KDE theme has applied to GTK since around version 1.2...

I'm not sure how themeable Wine is, anyone have any insight on this?

This is done with our current PBIs of wine. However to make it "automatically" change according to the system theme would probably not be something we can control, as it would have to be written into Wine itself.

(gtk-qt-engine does this for GTK apps automatically)
