Description
In case KDE4.0 lacks clean/intuitive control panel, create one like Ubuntu and OpenSUSE or Kubuntu ( http://www.kubuntu.org/docs/kquickguide/C/ch03s07.html)

We've integrated our tools into the KDE4 control panel now, which is very nice and easy to use.
