Description

Hello,

while trying to upgrade to PC-BSD 9.0-RC3 I receive this error message:

On the server there is the file nvidia-settings-290.10.tbz

Is there a way to workaround this issue by hand?

Replying to tmow:

I've modified the xtra-data.tbz , the md5 and the pc-updatemanager to workaround this issue (I don't have nvidia anyway)

Interesting, looking at xtra-data here, and all the files seem correct... What did you modify to work-around?

There is an error in my report, apologizes.

On the server there are these files:

nvidia-settings-285.05.09.tbz
nvidia-settings-285.05.09.tbz.md5

On the contrary we should have:

nvidia-settings-290.10.tbz
nvidia-settings-290.10.tbz.md5

That's why I had to put in place the workaround...

Which mirror are you seeing the 285.05.09 files on? The master mirror only has the 290.10 files, with some symlinks for 285.05.09 -> 290.10 that I created after your bug report. Can you paste the URL?

The master mirror (ftp.pcbsd.org), in fact now it's OK, the system update works.

Thanks a lot for your help.
