Bug tracker should be linked to under 'community'

Description
I, and I imagine many others would expect the "bug tracking" system to be under "community" instead of "pcbsd". At a minimum there should be a small link under community as well linking to trac.pcbsd.org.

We have it under support now on the new home page. We don't have any plans to move it at this time.
