GUI for editing systls

Description
There should be a gui for editing sysctls. It could start with just showing the name, built in description, and offering a textbox to change it (similar to Firefox's about:config) but it could easily grow to enable more complex changes.

In this case we won't create a gui. Editing the sysctls is for very advanced users and most would use the command line anyway. Thank you for submitting your idea though =).
