Allow scan_ssid to be set if AP isn't broadcasting its ssid.

Description

If the AP isn't broadcasting its ssid, scan_ssid=1 needs to be added to /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf in order for the association to succeed.

Thanks to 'cast off' for pointing this out.
