Description

Create GUI tool to allow both the backing up, and restoration of user & system files.

This will have to wait until PC-BSD 2.0 at least. The time for 1.5 was better spent on the new System Updater tool.

I'm going to be putting backup / restore into PC-BSD 8.0 for sure, so this will be made invalid then.
