PBI update message should open to appcafe pbi list screen, not search screen

Description

Right now when one clicks on the dialogue telling you that a PBI update is available, it opens AppCafe? to the main window where one can search for new PBIs. It should open to the list of current PBIs, where you can update any pending ones.

Fixed in SVN, will open to that tab now when updates are available
