647	Hibernation doesn't really work	Boug		"I use PC-BSD 9.0 x86 on a Desktop PC equipped with an ASUS P5KPL-AM motherboard (Intel G31 chipset) and an NVIDIA GeForce? 9800 GT video card (G92 GPU). My video card uses the NVIDIA proprietary driver, version 290.10.

The ""Hibernate"" functionality is proposed into the main menus of GNOME 2 and KDE 4, so apparently this might work (in Linux, when it appears, it normally works). So I've decided to give it a try.

The system effectively seems to hibernate (I didn't notice the usual quite long RAM-to-HDD recording that occurs under Linux, because I had only 73 MB occupied in RAM on a total of 3.5GB available (limitation of non-PAE x86), but unlike Linux, the system is shot down somewhat roughly, as I have to presss the PC On/Off button instead of simply press the combination Ctrl+Esc as I usually do with my ASUS motherboard to start-up my PC.

The real problem occurs when the system restarts : it doesn't resume from the swap partition, but starts an all new session instead! I didn't see any error message about my swap or anything else during the hibernation process. All seemed to work until I switched on my PC again. So, for now it's a ""false hibernation"".
