1. The language selection shall propagate to the timezone selection.
2. The timezones the user is most probably in shall be 1st on the list; is it a good idea to have 2 or even 3 lists: most propables, all named (Continent/City?), all technical (UTC,UTC+1,...) and a selection in one list automatically updates the selection in the others.
3. The named (Continent/City?) list could be divided into expandable sublists, so I can expand and collapse the continent.

And timezone selection could additionally provide a clickable, zoomable map, of course.
As above, any selection shall then update the selection in the lists and vice versa.
