Description

I found many incorrect pages in Russian translation on KDE 3.5.7 - KDE Info, KCron, ... e.t.c.. I check it and found unknown code page. Please, correct this error. Russian translation work at fronted only, ~ <= 60%.

При работе в системе обнаружены многочисленные не переведённые места в RDE 3.5.7 например в интерфейсе планировщика KCron - переведены только заголовки полей, остальные буквы отображаются знаками "?". Данный дефект заметен в большинстве приложений. С системой на русском языке работать не возможно. Необходим повторный перевод.

Are these translations not present at all, or just wrong?

It's probably a KDE problem, since they handle the translations for their components. If so, you're best off submitting the bug to their database, which can be found here:
​http://bugs.kde.org/
