openoffice pbi 2.1 removal, not working

openoffice 2.1 pbi does not remove with pbi uninstaller.

Is this an error with the PBI or the removal tool?

Was the PBI removed incompletely, or not even the menu items were removed?

Neither the menu items or the pbi are removed. Nothing happens. You can still start OOO 2.1 from the menu.

I don't believe either uninstaller worked.
