Wrong keyboard layout during installation

Description

Even if you have selected a national keyboard layout at the start of the installation, later, on the installation page where you enter passwords and other data, the US keyboard layout is used.

After installation you have to log in with your national keyboard layout. This can make login impossible for users who don't understand what happens or don't know the US layout by heart.
