System update asked even when update diable in KDE

Description

When the KDE update manager is configured not to check for the updates and not to fetch the updates. I am still asked if I want to update my system.

Please verify you're running the 'Online Update Manager' tool.

Ensure the radio button at the top reads 'Do not check for updates' AND the tick box at the bottom is turned OFF.

This dialog should be altered to make it less ambiguous.

This usability bug should be fixed in the 1.5 release.
