keyboard layout doesn't change in firefox

Description

keyboard layout doesn't change in firefox, although it changes in all other applications of the system. I need russian. To change layout I use kxkb. And it doesn't matter whether it is configured to change globally or on a window basis

It remains the same it was at the time firefox was started - if Russian, it can't later be changed to English and vice versa
