AppCafe ignores checkboxes in 'Installed' app list

'Installed' tab in AppCafe? contains checkbox for each installed app (for group upgrading, removing as I understand). But selection or unselection of this checkboxes do nothing.
IMHO the best solution is to remove that checkboxes.
In other case we should think about working sequence. For example:
We have 3 apps to delete:
[ ] App1
[ ] App2
[ ] App3 * current item *

We check App1 and App2. App3 is current item:
[x] App1
[x] App2
[ ] App3 * current but unchecked *
Now we press 'remove PBI' button. Should App3 be removed?
In that case we should add 'Update/Remove? selected' buttons which are visible if at least one item is selected.

The way it currently works is this:
1) If there are checked applications, any of the "actions" will only impact those checked applications (will not touch the selected app unless it is also checked).

2) If there are no applications checked, the "action" button will only touch the currently selected application.

I already have it on my to-do list to clean up the AppCafe? UI (Ticket #935): and one of things that is specifically planned is to move the "Details" box at the bottom of the installed tab to a separate page. Once I do that, I can then split off the "actions" into distinct buttons that are enabled/disabled as necessary.
